Digital Printing

Digital technology offers 1-to-1 targeted marketing which drastically increases the response rate and return on your investment. Lesser quantities are needed and postage is saved when used in direct-mail marketing campaigns.

Paperless Quoting

Our quoting process is handled electronically, reducing internal paperwork.

Paperless Proofing

All digital workflow. Files are loaded and processes via InSite. Customers can upload, view and approve the artwork they’ve submitted. Eliminates the need for hard copy proofs and the carbon emitted from a vehicle delivering them.

Plating

Computer-to-plate prepress process eliminates the need for film and their processing chemicals.

Our plater uses biodegradable chemicals and the plates are recycled. Waste is reduced and use of harmful chemicals is avoided.

Pressroom

Our presses operate Alcohol-free. It removes isopropyl alcohol, a common industry additive, from the printing process and the Volatile Organic Compound (VOCs) it emits. Improves air safety for our employees and eliminates the hazardous air pollution from the chemical.

Solvent Recovery System recycles 100% of pressroom solvents. Enables 90% of the solvents to be reused and reduced raw material waste by 94%.

We use Vegetable-based inks with low VOCs, produced and constructed from fully renewable resources. Air pollution is greatly decreased and ensures air safety in the pressroom.

Automatic ink mixer with computerized measuring for portion control and utilizes all ink in the containers which are biodegradable. Exact measuring results in less ink wasted.

Pressroom rags are sent out to remove the hazardous chemicals. The bi-product of the process generates usable energy.

Aerosols used in production (ink spray, static spray, cleaners…) are Ozone friendly. Hazardous emissions are decreased and pressroom air quality is improved.

Bindery

Packing materials and cartons contain recycled content.

100% of make-readies and trimmings are recycled. Waste is reduced and the availability of material for post-consumer content recycled paper is increased.

Shipping

Vehicles are regularly maintained, improving gas mileage.

Deliveries are scheduled in off-peak driving times. Reduces the amount of time our trucks are on the road, emitting carbon.
